A basic guide to eating at restaurants. Don’t be fooled by the lingo! Just because it sounds healthy, doesn’t mean it is.
I don’t know about other states, but in California by law, restaurants now have to provide a nutrition facts menu. In fact, on most menus, they put the calories right next to the food!! Definitely a good deterrent for eating out lol. But the nutrition facts menu will typically tell you how much sodium/sugar/saturated fat and other macro and micro nutrients are in the food they provide.Yet another reason to learn how to read a nutrition facts label girlies! <3

The bracelet project exists so other pro ed girls can recognize each other. Ana girls are wearing a red beaded bracelet around the left wrist. Mia girls are wearing a blue beaded bracelet around the right wrist. The bracelet has to be beaded, and in the right colour, those are the only things that mather. The size/length/shape of the beads can be all kinds. You can buy the bracelet, or you can make it yourself. A lot of girls are waiting to wear this bracelet until they think they’re worth it…Don’t do it! It’s made to show you’re an Ana girl, not to show you’re underweight already. If we all wear our bracelets, we can recognize each other, and so we can help each other!
